| The Tulsa Drs. with faculty and residents of Afshar Hospital |
October dawned with the arrival of a team of doctors from Tulsa, Oklahoma! They came with smiles, energy, Spirit, equipment, encouragement and goodies for me (I ordered some online)! It is a treat when we get so much from visits of supporters of Afshar residency program.

| Loren (RN), Heather (MD), Natalie(MD), Ashley (MD)& Dr. Chris The doctors took turns giving about 15 lectures and demonstrations for the faculty and residents as well as teaching patient care during the 5 days of teaching. Two of the visiting docs even took overnight call at the hospital with two of the female doctors,gaining respect and friendship in the process. Heather and Loren are seen with a pregnant patient at a community clinic in the right photo.  Dinner at our home was a fun event...the evening before the women left for home.
